• An organizer of British Steel Challenge and BT Global Challenge - Sir Chay Blyth - has recently become an organizer of a large number of races (he bought a license from Jimmy Cornell, who organizes the great Odyssey 2000 race).  Among those are Trans ARC (from Caribbean to England), a race around the British Islands, Pacific Rally (from Caribbean to Tahiti), Trans ARC (from Caribbean to Germany), and Nor'South (from Germany to Caribbean).   All of these are open for amateur sailors.
